Welcome to your new patient portal. Here you can conveniently update your demographic, insurance and health information, message your providers, pay your bill, access your notes, photos, and some labs.
Instructions to access your portal are below:
- To access your portal for the first time, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your username, which is the email address you used when registering for your visit.
- Then enter your date of birth and last name.
- The system will send a password reset link to your email. Once you’ve setup your password, you can access your portal from anywhere using your smartphone or computer.
